Gold refine equipment is cheating

Since yesterday rc numerous time to gold refine my kylin token to 4* immu. Until now 10k gold gone and still no 4*immu. Keep getting same 4* troops or attack or harm. I let my frustration get the better of me this time as i keep on rc hoping next 4* i get would be immu. This gold refine is definitely cheating us of our hard earn money. How can i keep getting same 4* when obviously i don't want the previous one thats why i refine it again. When refine 4* shouldn't i get a different attribute instead getting back same one?

Warning to all people to not fall into thus gold refine trap. I hope i am the only stupid one get tricked here.

Yes. I was out of my mind. Even you think that 10k gold for refine 1 4* equip is rediculous. I still waiting gm for an explaination. How can they cheat people money in this way. I will stop all rc from now on and nost likely will quit this game. Really unreasonable money sucking gimmick.

bro. I understand that frustration. GM, please look into this matter. Maybe limit daily recharge to 5k gold each player or make gold refine limited t o few times daily since right now theres no stopping impulse rc.

btw can a 4* skill equipment refined into other 4* skill?

The developer design it to be very very very very difficult to get 4* immu and they make special event called gold refine. Whats in their head is money, hope many will RC by setting trap such as that gold refine thing.

Everytime we complaint the answer always the same.  
1. It's based on luck
2. We can't change the probability.
3. Thanks for suggestion, we will consider it or it has been noted down.

They can't change the probability but they change/set it more difficult.... Which one is true??

To put it simply : Use gold/advanced only for get equip on 555, then use normal refine. Patience is the key, the probability rate can not be that different.

And don´t be so obsessed with Immu. It´s funnier to think about win strategies without Immu even if it lasts longer.
