About Unipin's Recharge Promotion

Dear GM,
I have unipin id and have some gold balance there
but when i want recharge to my COTK id
it said only for facebook's COTK gamer
it's not fair remembering i'm normal player just play COTK not from fb
so what could i do to get rc via unipin reward to my id since my id not login from fb?
it's not fair only fb player can get this event's reward
please confirm about this.
