make silver more useful

GM please reconsider the usefulness of silver for lv 80+,, maybe we could swop 500k silver for 1 lv1gem rather than swop 35k iron for 1 lv1gem, i think no one will swop those irons just for 1 gem. thx

i would suggest to donate silvar for upgrading country lvl rather then killing barbarians to upgrade countries lvl. And add more tech that silvar can be used.
