[Notice] Instation Maintenance on July 24th

We are planning to perform maintenance on JULY 24th, 0:30-1:30 am (GMT-4).  Maintenance will last about an hour. During this maintenance, our homepage, forum and servers will be closed. Please help us to inform everybody of this notice. We will try our best to finish this as soon as possible. If the maintenance has finished early or late, we will adjust the opening time, and won't send the notice again.
