Error in playing by pc / laptop

what happenend with this error ?... me and some player had an error such as extremely lagging, display error, cant login, etc... but this is only happening when we play by pc/laptop & doesnt happened when we play by phone... can you guys fix this error immediately??? thanks -Kongmings, S16-

hello GM for us clash of three kindoms players it's been 24 hours that we are waiting for an answer it will be good to have an answer which is positive or negative it becomes painful to wait without having anything in return

Since this morning 1 dec 2019,  5am, Hong Kong time,  everyone have problem logging into the PC.  android is still working but some hours still have problem, the screen go blank....  GM,  please do something.
