As a Regular Recharger i really want to Complaint about this, as i already spent like 30k Gold on the wheel of fortune and get z Ci box, but just get z.ci Armcraft. This is just F@##ng ridiculous. Don't use the random system reasons as i know that all the games that using random system always have the maximum target that player have to spend to get the hero. and this Z.ci is not a new hero and your system is just too ridiculous. PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!!! because this is happpened to my colleague at WU S37-39 as well, That he Spent more than 40K and get nothing but SH*T.... IF YOU NOT GONNA FIX YOUR SYSTEM ALL OF WU S37-39 WILL STOP RECHARGING!!!  as you can check how much we already spent in this not valuable game ID's.

I am very agree with Cecil. We all know that the chance of spesific target in wheel should be re-EVALUATED. WTF is the result of my 20k wheel with only food and ordnance that is useless for lvl 100's players. I WANT Z CHI to make thing easier for me in earlier game. Not just Z Chi..i also aiming for trinket but nothing come good but only a 1 piece of lantern which i can afford with vcr. That is 500 US and 3 month of saving monthly RC. Pretty upset with the wheel...more sadly, i got fvcked after 3 months of waiting.
