Hello, I agree with the answer Christoph gave, like Too many variables may contribute to the degradation of the WLAN connection variables like Smart-RF not mapped to the RF-domain, Smart-RF enabled, but the radio power not maximized, 2.4GHz radio, channels are overlapping, 2.4Ghz radio still configured to use "b" data rates, etc. https://www.automation-usa.com/allen-bradley/ got a lot of automation parts you can check out, but you should also read the article that was sent earlier too by Christoph. Do not adjust the Smart-RF policy parameters if your config was based on a site survey. Contact our Global Technical Assistance Center for more in-depth troubleshooting. |
