just from my perspective is, Alliance System will form when, weaker country "Never Ever" Win for 1 week maybe in Country event war even in barb event / wealth

I have some question :
1. How to define stonger and weaker country?
2. What related exp u mean? Its was written as country exp. Is it d same as country points??
3. Pls give us more detail on condition to be met to actived alliance.

i attack strong country but still get same exp like before update

U mean weak country gain more exp if they atk strong country.. Strong country gain litle bit exp if they atk weak country??
