White vinegar and fine steel wool work wonders for surface rust. I’ve also had good results with a rust eraser block for stubborn spots. Waxing afterward helps keep moisture away. If you’ve ever done end of lease cleaning, you know how much of a difference the right cleaning products make—same principle here. Just make sure to wipe off any residue thoroughly before using the saw again.
