Many firms are advertising roof insulation of conservatories and they all promise greatly reduced heating bills and cooler in summer. They also say installation is done within a day.
Has anybody has any experience of this and what are your thoughts?
Is it worth doing it and how much does it cost?

I see it's been a while since this topic was discussed, but I wanted to ask—has anyone noticed a big difference in temperature control after making changes? I'm looking at different insulation options and wondering if going beyond the standard recommendations is really worth it. Also, for those who added extra insulation, did it impact noise levels much? Would love to hear how it's working out long-term.

Insulating a conservatory properly can make a huge difference in keeping it comfortable year-round. I’ve found that reflective foil works well on the roof, but adding proper insulation to the walls and flooring makes an even bigger impact. A buddy of mine recently tackled this issue and got a lot of useful advice from https://www.greenattic.com. Worth checking out if you want long-term solutions for better insulation.
