siege and duel issue

Hi,
Am using several gadget to play iphone, android n sometime PC.
Recently when using iphone my siege already 797 and i got another 3 using android when suddenly my siege return to 767.
Pls fixed this issue and my duel also can increased beyond 1000.
Am season14 charname panerken, and is there a way to amend my name character?
