S7 Wei Clones

I saw your post about "regulation on clones". But still today, Feb. 2.019, we got this:

                                                                                             

43+ active players in a single country of S7 (and I'm not counting the others that were taking duels). How is it possible if you are making a regulation on clones? Are you gonna do something about it?

Please check that cause we can't compete against somebody that is cheating.

Just showing GM proofs of it, cause "he" always needs real evidence so he got it now.

I'm expecting an answer and a solution from him. I know I'm being naive.
