Newsuits cannot insertmore than a lvl 10 spindel

New bug- try to insert a lvl 11 spindel and theres the error message as abv.
Then i try to put back old suit n reinsert spindel, still the error msg appears. So now all suits cannot remove n put in more than lvl 10 spindel. Pls fix urgent
