U can observe s31 and s33. If possible , merge with s33 as s33 wei has adequate wei players. S31 wei is nearly the same as s32. It is also ideal if u can merge s31,32,33 as s31 wei can have fair plays too.

Because its really boring that we are just fighting with Wu 90% of the time , wei has barely 10people playing , average of 5 active players...
