I have same problem too...twice with 1st=20gold and 2nd=660gold....my payment already confirmed by google play and already deducted my cc balance...I recharge during event 50%refund gold but never receive it. My account nearly VIP 8...please do something and give me prompt respond and reply. Thank you.

Please help. I have been trying to recharge via my ipad for the past 3 days and it says that i have purchased but it hasn't been downloaded. Now i keep getting the prompt "System: Recharge failed" whenever i login into the game via my ipad.
