I'm sure my server will get merged with STRONG SHU again, because many HIGH VIP 10++ request that.

Weak country = Maybe they want to Recharge to get stronger
Strong country = They will keep Recharge since they already dominate ( like our server ) that what makes GM Happy

Actually it works other way in real life.

Weak country won't rc cause its pointless
Strong country won't rc cause they are already at the top and will just take it slow.

When there is balance on the server, there is competition the higher the balance or the higher the competition the more inclined players will be to rc.

That's what GM hope what people gonna do.
That also why they keep Merged balanced server to make it Unbalanced. They will NEVER Merged Server to make it Balanced.

Can anyone tell me which Server get balance after MERGED ?

Strong country will continue to Recharge anyway, because there's an Event Called "CONTEST"

Lol...yes we fail but we try, did wei ever try to upgrade before merger? No...because wei only depend on their clone not their power,  even though we fail we still ruled the arena lol,  so enjoy country lv.4 forever lol

S1 won't be merged at current status. So you do not need to worry about it.
