Shadow stuck at 15

Dear GM please fix my friend account.(BellAdam /Wu S21)

He can only receive Max 15 shadow ..  while he already add more shadow from Slave work, Event or Feat-..but its still stuck at 15 (?!!)
It has been approximately 5 week.. and still stuck at 15 shadow.

Those 15x shadow order are either from server tournament or free from king's reward. You can ask your friend to view his/her actual shadow order (which he/she got from slave camp level 4) at Equip > Bag. Once he/she cleared all those 15x free shadow order shown on the pic, the actual digit of shadow order he/she got from slave camp level 4 will appear. In short, if he/she get those free shadow order from server tournament/king's reward again in future, its gonna sit on top of those shadow order from slave camp level 4.
