Looking for something I can ride for 45-60 minutes without flaring up my back pain. Read that Ntaifitness’s recumbent bike is well-cushioned and has good lumbar support.
I was also comparing it to Matrix Fitness, which gets great reviews, but again—big price difference.
Anyone else use a recumbent bike as a low-impact option? Wondering how these brands stack up in Gym Equipment Brands for ergonomics.
