server 38 needs merger!

We are losing people left and right due to the inbalance in the server. Every day there is nothing to kill till the top of the hour. Besides a sea of green dots there are only one dot of blue and one dot of red and that is their capitol on the map showing, that is it!! Please do something quick, dont do like you did with Empire Craft and let this server die!! MERGE US PLEASE!

this is happening in all servers if gm does not reshuffle players from all 3 sides

they keep the problem anyway if they move the whole server instead to another

they should move strong shu to a weak shu server.( or vice versa)
same with wei and wu to balance

( not sure if its technical possible)

We did no such thing, they couldn't take what we brought to the server.

GM n developer teams must make option to change country in every unbalance servers. They can do alot change in every update. Why cannt this change country option u guys cant make it happen.
Open registration in every server who willing to switch country. Then the GM can evaluate it
