Any way to send a fax directly from iPhone without a fax machine?

Hey folks, Bit of an odd situation — I’ve been asked to fax a couple of documents for a job-related thing, and I honestly thought faxing was dead by now. I haven’t used a fax machine in over a decade, and I definitely don’t have one at home.

Is there any way to fax from iPhone these days? Ideally something that doesn't require signing up for some expensive monthly service. I'd rather use my phone to scan and send the files if that's even possible.
