Did not recieve the Gold Purchase

I have the reciept and you can check also in the system.. After this thing happen I try to buy another 20GOLD but I recieve it.. Help me please I need my GOLD.. This is ridiculous, Im even thinking to do VIP13 but now im getting scared on purchasing.. attached is my confirmation reciept send to my email..Please resolve this issue because my money is involve here.. you can also check on the records in the systems that I didnt recieve the 1210GOLD,You can check also my history on purchasing GOLD because I always purchase GOLD using my card but this is the 1st time that it happens I'mhoping that you will resolve this asap or it will be a very bad impact to me playing this game..
