Barb plunder reduced from 5x to 4x in winter during MOH

GM , why do u always hav do such things to enrage players? Just becos its moh , u purposely reduced the plunder during winter so that players will not clear moh easily and it happens everytime. If its 5x , just stick it to that all the time. Its always becos of such things that u do that made players very unhappy
