Excellent advice, thanks! Exercising is the best for me because it is like a natural and almost endless dopamine source. Just a simple walk can already make me feel much better.
Another thing that makes me much happier and makes me want to live my life is my emotional support dog. This living creature than needs my care and support makes me wake up in the morning. I have taken this responsibility, and this responsibility helps me move further. We have been together for more than two years, and we love each other. I even have a special certificate from https://www.esaregistration.org/esa-letter/ for her that proves this dog is my ESA, and I cannot live a fulfilling life without it.
