Forgot to mention crypto currency

Hi, a month ago I recently got approved for iva. Due to forgetfulness and stupidity, I forgot to mention 100 pounds of cryptocurrency. I sold it all and sent it to my bank account. Now I have contacted the IP explaining all this and they want to view the bank statements.
Will this fail my iva? I wasn't going to hide anything, it was 100 percent human error.
